**第一項**  この省令による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「新雇保則」という。）第百一条の二の七、第百一条の二の八及び第百一条の二の十一の二から第百一条の二の十五までの規定は、この省令の施行の日以後に雇用保険法第六十条の二第一項に規定する教育訓練（以下「教育訓練」という。）を開始した者について適用し、同日前に教育訓練を開始した者に対するこの省令による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「旧雇保則」という。）第百一条の二の七、第百一条の二の八及び第百一条の二の十一の二から第百一条の二の十四までの規定の適用については、なお従前の例による。

The provisions of Article 101-2-7, Article 101-2-8, and Articles 101-2-11-2 through 101-2-15 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "new Employment Insurance Ordinance") apply to a person who has started the educational training prescribed in Article 60-2, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act (hereinafter referred to as "educational training") on or after the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order, and with regard to the application of Article 101-2-7, Article 101-2-8, and Articles 101-2-11-2 through 101-2-14 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "former Employment Insurance Ordinance") to a person who started educational training before that day, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
