**第一項** 旧雇保則附則第十五条の四の四第一項に規定する令和二年七月豪雨被災関係事業主が同項に規定する令和二年七月豪雨特例対象期間中に行った休業等及び同条第六項に規定する別の対象期間中に行った休業等に対する雇用調整助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
