**第一項** この省令の施行の際現に第八条の規定による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則第百十八条第六項第三号の規定により独立行政法人雇用・能力開発機構の長の認定を受けた同号の中小企業人材確保推進事業の実施に関する計画は、この省令による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則第百十八条第六項第三号の規定により、都道府県労働局長の認定を受けたものとみなす。
