**第一項**  受給資格に係る離職の日がこの省令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前である場合における第一条の規定による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「旧雇保則」という。）第十二条の二の規定による届出については、なお従前の例による。
