### 第二条（暫定雇用福祉事業） — Provisional Employment Welfare Programs

**第一項**  雇用保険法等の一部を改正する法律（平成十九年法律第三十号。以下「改正法」という。）附則第六条第一項第四号の厚生労働省令で定める事業は、次の各号に掲げるものとし、同項第四号の厚生労働省令で定める期間は、次の各号に掲げる事業につき、それぞれ、当該各号に掲げる期間とする。

The programs specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 6, paragraph (1), item (iv) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employment Insurance Act, etc. (Act No. 30 of 2007; hereinafter referred to as the "Amending Act") are those listed in the following items, and the periods specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under item (iv) of that paragraph are, for the programs listed in the following items, respectively the periods listed in the relevant items.
