**第一項**  この省令は、平成十五年六月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条中雇用保険法施行規則第百三十九条第三項及び第五項の改正規定、第三条の規定並びに附則第二条第五項及び第六項の規定は、平成十五年七月一日から施行する。

This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of June 1, 2003; provided, however, that the amending provisions to Article 139, paragraphs (3) and (5) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act in Article 1, the provisions of Article 3, and the provisions of Article 2, paragraphs (5) and (6) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of July 1, 2003.
