**第一項** 第一条の規定による廃止前の特定不況業種等関係労働者の雇用の安定に関する特別措置法施行規則（以下「旧特定不況業種法施行規則」という。）第三章から第五章まで（特定不況業種離職者（経済社会の変化に対応する円滑な再就職を促進するための雇用対策法等の一部を改正する等の法律第一条の規定による廃止前の特定不況業種等関係労働者の雇用の安定に関する特別措置法（昭和五十八年法律第三十九号。以下「旧特定不況業種法」という。）第二条第一項第五号に規定する特定不況業種離職者をいう。）に係る部分に限る。）の規定、第三条の規定による改正前の雇用対策法施行規則第一条から第三条まで、第五条及び第六条の規定並びに第六条の規定による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「旧雇保則」という。）第八十三条第四項及び第百十条の規定は、この省令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前に旧特定不況業種法第十三条第一項若しくは第二項若しくは第十四条第一項の規定又は旧特定不況業種法施行規則第十一条の規定に該当した者に関して、かつ、これらの者がそれぞれ発給を受けた手帳（旧特定不況業種法第十三条第一項に規定する手帳をいう。次項において同じ。）がその効力を有する間においてのみ、その効力を有する。
