**第一項**  改正後の雇用保険法施行規則第百十八条の規定は、施行日以後再雇用特別措置等に基づき雇用された女子に係る女子再雇用促進給付金の支給について適用し、施行日前に再雇用特別措置等に基づき雇用された女子に係る女子再雇用促進給付金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
