  **第一項**  特例高年齢被保険者は、次の各号に掲げる場合に応じ、当該各号に定める日までに、休業等開始時賃金証明書に労働者名簿、賃金台帳その他の当該休業を開始した日及びその日前の賃金の額並びに雇用期間を証明することができる書類を添えて管轄公共職業安定所の長に提出しなければならない。この場合において、当該特例高年齢被保険者を雇用する事業主については、第十四条の三第一項の規定は、適用しない。
