### 第三十八条の四（法第二十四条の二第一項第一号の厚生労働省令で定める基準） — Criteria Specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 24-2, Paragraph (1), Item (i) of the Act

    **第一項**  法第二十四条の二第一項第一号の厚生労働省令で定める基準は、受給資格者が次の各号のいずれかに該当することとする。
