    **第一項**  法第十五条第四項第三号に該当する受給資格者が証明書を提出することによつて失業の認定を受けようとするときは、公共職業訓練等受講証明書（様式第十五号。以下この節において「受講証明書」という。）を管轄公共職業安定所の長に提出しなければならない。

    When a qualified recipient who falls under Article 15, paragraph (4), item (iii) of the Act seeks to receive recognition of unemployment by submitting a certificate, the qualified recipient must submit a certificate of attendance at public vocational training, etc. (Form No. 15; hereinafter referred to as a "certificate of attendance" in this Section) to the Chief of the competent Public Employment Security Office.
