  **第一項**  厚生労働大臣は、法第六十条の二第一項の規定による指定をしたときは、次に掲げる事項を記載した講座指定通知書を、当該教育訓練を行う指定教育訓練実施者（法第十条の四第二項に規定する指定教育訓練実施者をいう。以下同じ。）に通知するものとする。

  When the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare has made a designation under Article 60-2, paragraph (1) of the Act, the Minister is to notify the practitioner of specified educational training who conducts that educational training (meaning the practitioner of specified educational training prescribed in Article 10-4, paragraph (2) of the Act; the same applies hereinafter) by a course designation notice stating the following matters:
