### 第百条の六（求職活動関係役務利用費の支給要件） — Requirements for Payment of Expenses for Using Services for Job-Seeking Activities

  **第一項**  求職活動関係役務利用費は、受給資格者等が求人者との面接等をし、又は法第六十条の二第一項の教育訓練給付金の支給に係る教育訓練若しくは短期訓練受講費の支給に係る教育訓練、公共職業訓練等若しくは職業訓練の実施等による特定求職者の就職の支援に関する法律（平成二十三年法律第四十七号）第四条第二項に規定する認定職業訓練（次条及び第百条の八において「求職活動関係役務利用費対象訓練」という。）を受講するため、その子に関して、次の各号に掲げる役務（以下「保育等サービス」という。）を利用する場合（法第二十一条の規定による期間が経過した後に保育等サービスを利用する場合に限る。）に支給するものとする。

  Expenses for using services for job-seeking activities are to be paid where a qualified recipient, etc. uses, in relation to the recipient's child, the services listed in the following items (hereinafter referred to as "childcare and similar services") in order to have an interview, etc. with a job offerer, or to take educational training pertaining to payment of educational training benefits under Article 60-2, paragraph (1) of the Act, educational training pertaining to payment of short-term training attendance expenses, public vocational training, etc., or authorized vocational training prescribed in Article 4, paragraph (2) of the Act on Support for the Employment of Specified Job Seekers through Implementation of Vocational Training, etc. (Act No. 47 of 2011) (each of these types of training is referred to as "training covered by the expenses for using services for job-seeking activities" in the following Article and Article 100-8) (limited to a case where the recipient uses childcare and similar services after the period under Article 21 of the Act has elapsed).
