**第一項**  施行日の前日において次に掲げる年金たる給付の受給権を有していた者に支給する厚生年金保険法による老齢厚生年金の額については、当該年金たる給付の額の計算の基礎となった旧国家公務員共済組合員期間、旧地方公務員共済組合員期間及び旧私立学校教職員共済加入者期間は、計算の基礎としない。

With regard to the amount of an employees' old-age pension under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act to be paid to a person who, on the day preceding the Effective Date, had the right to receive any of the following benefits in the form of a pension, the former National Public Servants Mutual Aid Association member period, former Local Public Servants Mutual Aid Association member period and former Private School Personnel Mutual Aid participant period that formed the basis for calculating the amount of that benefit in the form of a pension are not to be used as the basis for calculation:
