**第一項** この法律の施行の日（以下この条において「施行日」という。）の属する月から平成二十九年八月までの月分の昭和六十年改正法附則第五条第十二号に規定する第三種被保険者の厚生年金保険法による保険料率については、第七条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法第八十一条第四項の規定にかかわらず、次の表の上欄に掲げる月分の保険料について、それぞれ同表の下欄に定める率（公的年金制度の健全性及び信頼性の確保のための厚生年金保険法等の一部を改正する法律（平成二十五年法律第六十三号。以下「平成二十五年改正法」という。）附則第三条第十一号に規定する存続厚生年金基金の加入員である被保険者にあっては、当該率から平成二十五年改正法附則第五条第一項の規定によりなおその効力を有するものとされた平成二十五年改正法第一条の規定による改正前の厚生年金保険法第八十一条の三第一項に規定する免除保険料率を控除して得た率）とする。

For the insurance premium rate under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act for a class 3 insured person prescribed in Article 5, item (xii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1985 Amendment Act for the months from the month that includes the day on which this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date" in this Article) through August 2017, notwithstanding Article 81, paragraph (4) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by Article 7, the rate is the rate specified in the lower column of the following table for the insurance premiums for the months set forth in the upper column of the table (for an insured who is a member of a surviving employees' pension Fund prescribed in Article 3, item (xi) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, etc. for Ensuring the Soundness and Reliability of the Public Pension System (Act No. 63 of 2013; hereinafter referred to as the "2013 Amendment Act"), the rate obtained by deducting from that rate the exempted premium rate prescribed in Article 81-3, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act prior to the amendment by Article 1 of the 2013 Amendment Act, which remains in force pursuant to Article 5, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2013 Amendment Act).
