**第一項**  この附則に別段の規定があるものを除くほか、旧船員保険法又はこれに基づく命令によつてした処分、手続その他の行為は、新厚生年金保険法又はこれに基づく命令中の相当する規定によつてした処分、手続その他の行為とみなす。
