**第一項**  第六条の規定による改正後の法律第百八十二号附則第八条の規定による厚生年金保険法第四十六条の三の通算老齢年金の支給については、昭和五十五年六月一日から同年九月三十日までの間は、第六条の規定による改正後の法律第百八十二号附則第八条第三項中「第二十級」とあるのは、「第二十五級」とする。
