**第一項**  この法律の公布の日において現にこの法律による改正前の厚生年金保険法第六十五条の規定によりその支給が停止されている遺族年金は、同法第三十六条第二項の規定にかかわらず、昭和四十年五月分から支給するものとする。

A pension for surviving family whose payment is, as of the day of the promulgation of this Act, actually suspended pursuant to the provisions of Article 65 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act prior to the amendment by this Act is to be paid from May 1965, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 36, paragraph (2) of that Act.
