**第一項**  この法律による年金たる保険給付の額は、国民の生活水準、賃金その他の諸事情に著しい変動が生じた場合には、変動後の諸事情に応ずるため、速やかに改定の措置が講ぜられなければならない。

If a significant change occurs in the national standard of living, wages, or other such circumstances, measures must be taken promptly to revise the amounts of pension insurance benefits under this Act so that they fit with the circumstances after the change.
