**第一項**  機構の役員は、次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合には、二十万円以下の過料に処する。

In a case falling under either of the following items, a JPS officer is subject to a civil fine of not more than 200,000 yen:

  **一**  第百条の六第一項及び第二項、第百条の七第一項、第百条の八第一項並びに第百条の十一第二項の規定により厚生労働大臣の認可を受けなければならない場合において、その認可を受けなかつたとき。
