**第一項**  法第四十六条第一項に規定する標準報酬月額に相当する額として政令で定める額は、同項に規定する被保険者である日、国会議員若しくは地方公共団体の議会の議員である日又は七十歳以上の使用される者である日が属する月（次項において「被保険者等である日が属する月」という。）における次に掲げる額の合計額を、法第二十条第一項の規定による標準報酬月額の基礎となる報酬月額とみなして同項の規定を適用した場合における額とする。

The amount specified by Cabinet Order as equivalent to the standard monthly remuneration prescribed in Article 46, paragraph (1) of the Act is the amount that results when the total amount of the following amounts for the month that includes a day on which the person is an insured person prescribed in that paragraph, a day on which the person is a member of the Diet or a member of the assembly of a local government, or a day on which the person is an employed person age 70 or over (hereinafter referred to in the following paragraph as the "month that includes a day as an insured person, etc.") is deemed to be the monthly amount of remuneration forming the basis of the standard monthly remuneration under Article 20, paragraph (1) of the Act and the provisions of that paragraph are applied:
