**第一項** 旧電気工事士法第四条第二項第二号の通商産業大臣が指定する養成施設において同号の通商産業省令で定める電気工事士たるに必要な知識及び技能に関する課程を修了した者は、新電気工事士法第四条第四項第二号の通商産業大臣が指定する養成施設において同号の通商産業省令で定める第二種電気工事士たるに必要な知識及び技能に関する課程を修了した者とみなす。
