**第一項**  平成十年度の概算医療費拠出金の額は、老人保健法第五十五条第一項及び第三条の規定による改正後の国民健康保険法等の一部を改正する法律（以下「新平成七年改正法」という。）附則第八条第一項の規定にかかわらず、次の各号に掲げる額の合計額とする。
