**第一項**  前二条の規定の適用がある保険者以外の保険者に係る概算医療費拠出金の額又は確定医療費拠出金の額の算定に関し、前二条の措置に伴い必要な附則第四条若しくは第五条又は附則第六条若しくは第七条の規定の特例その他の事項は、政令で定める。
