**第一項** 市町村長（特別区の区長を含むものとし、地方自治法第二百五十二条の十九第一項の指定都市にあつては、区長又は総合区長とする。）は、後期高齢者医療広域連合又は後期高齢者医療給付を受ける者に対し、当該市町村の条例で定めるところにより、被保険者又は被保険者であつた者の戸籍に関し、無料で証明を行うことができる。
