    **第一項**  都道府県、市町村及び後期高齢者医療広域連合は、第九十六条、第九十八条、第九十九条及び第百十六条第五項に規定するもののほか、後期高齢者医療に要する費用に対し、補助金を交付し、又は貸付金を貸し付けることができる。
