**第一項** この法律の施行の際現に第一条の規定による改正前の労働者派遣事業の適正な運営の確保及び派遣労働者の就業条件の整備等に関する法律又は第四条の規定による改正前の高年齢者等の雇用の安定等に関する法律（附則第七条において「旧高年齢者等雇用安定法」という。）の規定により許可を受けて、又は届出書を提出して労働者派遣事業を行っている者に対する許可の取消し若しくは事業の廃止の命令又は事業の停止の命令に関しては、この法律の施行前に生じた事由については、なお従前の例による。
