### 第四十九条（事業主等に対する援助等） — (Support for Employers)

**第一項** 国は、高年齢者等（厚生労働省令で定める者を除く。以下この項において同じ。）の職業の安定その他福祉の増進を図るため、高年齢者等職業安定対策基本方針に従い、事業主、労働者その他の関係者に対し、次に掲げる措置その他の援助等の措置を講ずることができる。

**一** 定年の引上げ、継続雇用制度の導入、再就職の援助等高年齢者等の雇用の機会の増大に資する措置を講ずる事業主又はその事業主の団体に対して給付金を支給すること。
