### 第七条（適用除外） — (Exclusion from Application)

**第一項**  この法律は、船員職業安定法（昭和二十三年法律第百三十号）第六条第一項に規定する船員については、適用しない。

This Act does not apply to mariners provided for in Article 6, paragraph (1) of the Mariners' Employment Security Act (Act No. 130 of 1948).

**第二項**  前条、次章、第三章第二節、第四十九条及び第五十二条の規定は、国家公務員及び地方公務員については、適用しない。
