### 第五十七条

**第一項**  第十六条第一項の規定による届出をせず、又は虚偽の届出をした者（法人であるときは、その代表者）は、十万円以下の過料に処する。

A person (in the case of a corporation, then its representative) who fails to submit a notification or submits a false notification under the provisions of Article 16, paragraph (1), is punished by a non-penal fine of not more than 100,000 yen.
