**第一項**  法人の代表者又は法人若しくは人の代理人、使用人その他の従業者が、その法人又は人の業務に関して前条の違反行為をしたときは、行為者を罰するほか、その法人又は人に対しても、同条の刑を科する。

If a representative of a corporation, or an agent, employee or other worker of a corporation or a natural person has committed a violation under the preceding Article, with regard to the operations of the corporation or the natural person, not only the offender is punished, but the corporation or the natural person is also punished by the fine provided for in the Article.
