**第一項**  国は、高年齢者に対する職業紹介等を効果的に行うために必要な施設の整備に努めるものとする。

**第二項**  国は、地方公共団体等が、高年齢者に対し職業に関する相談に応ずる業務を行う施設を設置する等高年齢者の雇用を促進するための措置を講ずる場合には、必要な援助を行うことができる。
