  **第一項**  この節に定めるもののほか、手帳の発給、手帳の返納その他手帳に関し必要な事項、第二十六条第一項又は第二項の指示の手続に関し必要な事項及び公共事業への中高年齢失業者等の吸収に関し必要な事項は、厚生労働省令で定める。

  Beyond the provisions described in this Section, the issuing of Pocketbooks, the returning of Pocketbooks, other necessary particulars related to Pocketbooks, necessary particulars related to procedures for the instructions referred to in Article 26, paragraph (1) or (2), and necessary particulars related to the absorption of middle-aged and elderly unemployed persons and other persons, into public works projects are specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
