  **第一項**  厚生労働大臣は、手帳の発給を受けた者の就職を容易にするため、次の各号に掲げる措置が効果的に関連して実施されるための計画を作成するものとする。

    **二**  公共職業能力開発施設の行う職業訓練（職業能力開発総合大学校の行うものを含む。）

    **四**  前三号に掲げるもののほか、厚生労働省令で定めるもの

  **第二項**  厚生労働大臣は、前項の計画を作成しようとする場合には、労働政策審議会の意見を聴かなければならない。
