    **第一項**  家事調停の申立ては、申立書（次項及び次条において「家事調停の申立書」という。）を家庭裁判所に提出してしなければならない。

    **第三項**  家事調停の申立てを不適法として却下する審判に対しては、即時抗告をすることができる。

    **第四項**  第四十九条第三項から第六項まで及び第五十条（第一項ただし書を除く。）の規定は、家事調停の申立てについて準用する。この場合において、第四十九条第四項中「第二項」とあるのは、「第二百五十五条第二項」と読み替えるものとする。

    The provisions of Article 49, paragraphs (3) through (6) and Article 50 (excluding the proviso to paragraph (1)) apply mutatis mutandis to a petition for mediation of domestic relations. In this case, the term "paragraph (2)" in Article 49, paragraph (4) is deemed to be replaced with "Article 255, paragraph (2)".
