      **第一項**  前款の規定（第八十五条第一項、第八十六条第一項並びに第八十八条及び第八十九条（これらの規定を第九十六条第一項及び第九十八条第一項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定を除く。）は、裁判所、裁判官又は裁判長がした審判以外の裁判に対する不服申立てについて準用する。

      The provisions of the preceding Subsection (excluding the provisions of Article 85, paragraph (1), Article 86, paragraph (1), and Articles 88 and 89 (including the cases where these provisions are applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 96, paragraph (1) and Article 98, paragraph (1))) apply mutatis mutandis to an appeal filed against a judicial decision other than a ruling, which is made by a court or judge or the presiding judge.
