  **第一項**  確定拠出年金運営管理機関は、事業主又は連合会の委託を受けて、第二十二条第一項（第七十三条において準用する場合を含む。）の規定による資産の運用に関する基礎的な資料の提供その他の必要な措置を行うことができる。
