**第一項**  特定事業者（第二条第二項第一号から第十五号まで及び第三十一号に掲げる特定事業者に限る。次条において同じ。）は、外国所在為替取引業者（外国（本邦の域外にある国又は地域をいう。以下同じ。）に所在して業として為替取引を行う者をいう。以下同じ。）との間で、為替取引を継続的に又は反復して行うことを内容とする契約を締結するに際しては、主務省令で定める方法により、当該外国所在為替取引業者について、次に掲げる事項の確認を行わなければならない。
