**第一項**  委員は、あつせんが終わつたときは、その旨を文化庁長官に報告しなければならない。

When a mediation ends, a mediator must report this to the Commissioner of the Agency for Cultural Affairs.

**第二項**  委員は、前条の規定によりあつせんを打ち切つたときは、その旨及びあつせんを打ち切ることとした理由を、当事者に通知するとともに文化庁長官に報告しなければならない。

If a mediator cuts a mediation short pursuant to the provisions of the preceding Article, the mediator must inform the parties of this and of the reason for doing so, as well as reporting this to the Commissioner of the Agency for Cultural Affairs.
