  **第一項**  内閣総理大臣は、次に掲げる場合には、その旨を官報に公示しなければならない。

    **三**  第十一条の十六の規定による許可をしたとき。

    **四**  第十一条の二十二の規定により登録を取り消し、又は同条第二項の規定により登録試験機関に対し試験業務の全部若しくは一部の停止を命じたとき。

    **五**  前条の規定により内閣総理大臣が試験業務の全部若しくは一部を自ら行うこととするとき、又は自ら行っていた試験業務の全部若しくは一部を行わないこととするとき。
