# 国会（こっかい）

日本の議会で、国の唯一の立法機関です（第四十一条）。衆議院と参議院の両議院で構成され、いずれも選挙された議員で組織されます（第四十二条・第四十三条第一項）。内閣総理大臣の指名、予算や条約の承認、憲法改正の発議を行います。政令や省令が義務や罰則を定めるには、国会が定めた法律の委任が必要です。
