### 第八百五十五条（被告） — (Defendants)

    **第一項**  前条第一項の訴え（次条及び第九百三十七条第一項第一号ヌにおいて「株式会社の役員の解任の訴え」という。）については、当該株式会社及び前条第一項の役員を被告とする。
