**第一項**  定款をもって議決権がないものとされる株式については、この法律の施行前に到来した最終の決算期以前の決算期に関する定時総会に係る議決権に関しては、この法律の施行後も、なお従前の例による。

With regard to shares that are made shares without voting rights by the articles of incorporation, the provisions then in force continue to govern, after this Act comes into effect, the voting rights at an ordinary general meeting concerning an account closing day on or before the last account closing day that arrived before this Act comes into effect.
