**第一項**  改正後の商法第二百八十三条第二項の規定は、この法律の施行後最初に到来する決算期以前の決算期に関する定時総会については、適用しない。

The provisions of Article 283, paragraph (2) of the Commercial Code as amended do not apply to an ordinary general meeting relating to an account closing day on or before the first account closing day that arrives after this Act comes into effect.
