  **第一項**  第五百条に規定する申立の期間内及びその申立があつたときは、訴訟費用の負担を命ずる裁判の執行は、その申立についての裁判が確定するまで停止される。

  During the time period for the request referred to in Article 500 or when that request has been filed, execution of the decision ordering court costs to be borne shall be suspended until the decision on such request becomes final and binding.
