**第一項**  略式命令には、罪となるべき事実、適用した法令、科すべき刑及び附随の処分並びに略式命令の告知があつた日から十四日以内に正式裁判の請求をすることができる旨を示さなければならない。

A summary order shall show the facts constituting the crime, the laws and regulations applied, the sentence to be imposed, and supplementary measures, and shall also give an indication to the effect that it is possible to request a formal trial within fourteen days from the date that notification of the summary order is given.
