  **第一項**  検察官、検察事務官及び司法警察職員並びに弁護人その他職務上捜査に関係のある者は、被疑者その他の者の名誉を害しないように注意し、且つ、捜査の妨げとならないように注意しなければならない。

  A public prosecutor, public prosecutor's assistant officer, judicial police official, defense counsel and any other persons whose duties are related to the investigation are required to take due care not to harm the reputation of the suspect or other persons, and due care not to interfere with administration of the investigation.
