**第一項** 前章の規定は、通訳及び翻訳について準用する。この場合において、第百七十一条において準用する第百五十七条の六第二項中「場合において、次に掲げる場合であつて」とあるのは「場合において」と、「方法に」とあるのは「方法（当該方法による通訳又は翻訳が著しく困難であるときにあつては、音声の送受信により同時に通話をすることができる方法）に」と読み替えるものとする。
