      **第二項**  第六十一条の規定により不動産が一括して売却された場合において、各不動産ごとに売却代金の額を定める必要があるときは、その額は、売却代金の総額を各不動産の売却基準価額に応じて案分して得た額とする。各不動産ごとの執行費用の負担についても、同様とする。

      If immovable property has been sold in a package pursuant to the provisions of Article 61, if it is necessary to determine the amount of the proceeds of the sale for each piece of immovable property, the amount is the amount obtained by dividing the total amount of the proceeds of the sale proportionately according to the standard sales price of each piece of property. The same applies to the burden of enforcement costs for each piece of property.
