    **第一項**  総トン数二十トン以上の船舶（端舟その他ろかい又は主としてろかいをもつて運転する舟を除く。以下この節及び次章において「船舶」という。）に対する強制執行（以下「船舶執行」という。）は、強制競売の方法により行う。
